Magenta has undertaken a wide range of valuation assessments including future and developing residential and industrial estates, valuation of proposed infill development sites; valuation of existing and proposed multi-unit developments; valuation of residential, commercial, industrial and retail premises and market rental assessments for a variety of property classes.

Magenta specialises in carrying out the valuation and provision of feasibility advice for asset, acquisition, purchase and disposal relating to potential development land holdings in all market sectors including the residential, commercial and industrial categories of real estate.  

 

Magenta has experience in carrying out compensation assessments for compulsory acquisition purposes, on behalf of acquired entities and the Acquiring Authority.
